Salut vreau sa trimit si eu o plata si nu imi mai da voie. Cand dau continue pentru a trimite plata imi spune: "To pay, add a debit or credit card to your PayPal account.". Eu nu am momentan nici un card si trebuie sa ii dau neaparat cuiva niste bani pe paypal. Am incercat si sa platesc pentru servicii si pentru familie/prieteni dar tot lafel imi zice. I-am contactat astazi pe cei de la paypal dar ei spun ca in maxim 24h o sa ma contacteze si nu pot sa astept atata timp. Va rog frumos daca aveti o idee cum pot rezolva asta mai rapid. Multumesc!

Thirteen US defendants last week pleaded guilty to taking part in attacks by Anonymous against PayPal. The US Department of Justice (DoJ) said the accused had all admitted to carrying out a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) cyber-attack against PayPal in December 2010 in protest against the payment processing firm's decision to stop handling donations to WikiLeaks over the Cablegate affair. One of the defendants also pleaded guilty to a separate cyber-attack on the website of Santa Cruz County. In a plea agreement, the accused admitted using the Low Orbit Ion Cannon tool, Anonymous's favourite website flooding utility, to hit PayPal as part of “Operation Avenge Assange”. The 13 defendants pleaded guilty to computer hacking offences. Last week eBay chairman Pierre Omidyar called for leniency in the prosecution of those accused of playing a part in DDoSing PayPal. Am cautat pe forum dar vad ca nu s-a deschis topic legat de acest subiect. Imi cer scuze daca nu am postat intr-o categorie buna, atunci rog un moderator sa stearga sau sa mute topicul. Deci... sa trecem la treaba ! Am citit diverse articole pe net legat de Payza, aka Alertpay care in ultimele luni nu si-a aratat o imagine buna (posibil ca de aceea si-au schimbat numele in Payza? Sau datorita faptului ca a fost cumparat de un Canadian?). Probleme cu transferuri, clientii s-au pans, blocari conturi etc. Din cate am inteles, au implementat o noua metoda de verificare (ce zvonuri ati auzit?), Payza disponibil si in mai multe tari. Eu fiind iubitor de Paypal nu am simtit nevoia de a apela la Alertpay, doar acum in ultimele zile cand am aflat ca se poate face schimburi (LR -> Alertpay si vice-versa). Nici in ziua de azi nu mi-au activat contul, degeaba i le-am trimis enspemii de mail-uri, nu am primit nici un raspuns. Posibil din cauza schimbarii in Payza? Ce parere aveti de design? Ce parere aveti de Alertpay? Credeti ca in viitor vor atrage mai multi clienti cu schimbarea in Payza? Ce ati auzit de exchangeri (e-currency changer)? What does this mean exactly? I can tell you. This means that with the current version of LOIC, your current IP is sent in each packet header. Meaning your home IP address, meaning the trail does lead back to you. Yeah, I know what you’re thinking. That really does suck. I’ve heard rumors on the interwebs that LOIC is being updated to spoof the origin IP.
