Romania's Government, Education Ministry and the Horia Hulubei National Institute of Nuclear Physics and Engineering (IFIN-HH) will hold on Friday at the Magurele research platform a ceremony for the start of construction works on the Extreme Light Infrastructure - Nuclear Physics (ELI-NP) research facility. Attending the event will be Romania's Prime Minister Victor Ponta; European Commissioner for Regional Policy Johannes Hahn; Romania's Education Ministry Remus Pricopie; Minister-delegate for Higher Education, Scientific Research and Development Mihnea Costoiu; state secretary with Education Ministry Tudor Prisecaru, and IFIN-HH Director General Nicolae Victor Zamfir. The Extreme Light Infrastructure - Nuclear Physics (ELI-NP) Scientific Facility, to be built on the Magurele-Bucharest Physics Platform, will become operational in 2017 and employ the largest number of Eastern European nuclear specialists. The main instruments of the centre will be a very high intensity laser, where beams from two 10 PW Apollon type lasers are coherently added to get intensities of the order of 1023 - 1024 W/cm2 and electrical fields of 1015 V/m, and a very intense (1013 y/s), brilliant beam, 0.1 % bandwidth, with Ev = 19 MeV, which is obtained by incoherent Compton back scattering of a laser light off a very brilliant, intense, classical electron beam (Ee = 600 MeV). The brilliant bunched electron beam will be produced by a warm linac using the X-band technology. ELI-NP will be one of the three pillars of ELI - THE EXTREME LIGHT INFRASTRUCTURE, along with the facilities dedicated to the study of secondary sources (Dolni Brezany, near Prague) and attosecond pulses (Szeged). ELI-NP is a very complex facility. The project costs are put at 356.231 million euros, 83 percent of which will be covered by the EU and 17 percent by Romania. Legat de Prism, pana zilele astea nu eram lamurit cum o sa ne afecteze pe noi ce nu suntem din USA acest proiect. Ieri, a venit in Romania directorul CIA, intr-o vizita oficiala, foarte incantat de colaborarea intre servicii, si laudand ofiterii STS si SRI, atunci mi-a picat fisa. Guvernul Romaniei, nu este in pozitia de a putea cere oricarui provider de mail, im, etc informatiile pe care le pot cere americanii, fara hartii, dar colaborand cu siguranta si serviciile noastre au acces dupa bunul plac la informatiile adunate prin Prism, ce ii intereseaza. Si pana acum aveau, corect, dar doar cu mandat, si doar la o parte din aceste servicii. In ultimii ani se incearca controlarea internetului, acum au facut pasi fermi in sensul asta, lucru de neacceptat, astfel trebuie sa luam din ce in ce mai in serios serviciile criptografice, si a cauta noi tehnologii pentru a mentine confidentialitatea informatiilor.

By Anna Leach After China, the world’s biggest source of global data theft comes from inside the European Union, said a report published Tuesday. Verizon Communications Inc.’s Data Breach Report 2013 found that more than a quarter of the world’s data thieves operated in Romania. Some 28% of the hackers behind 47,000 data breaches investigated by Verizon were working from Romania. That was second only to China with 30%. By contrast only 18% of data thieves were acting out of the U.S. said the company. In a wide-ranging report, Verizon found that the majority of data thieves are not high-tech espionage agents, but rather petty criminals hacking for money and using rudimentary skills. Three quarters of all data thefts analyzed were financially-motivated and less than 1% used techniques that Verizon classed as high-tech. The focus on cash not politics meant that private businesses, not government, were the main target, with under 5% of attacks analysed targeting the public sector. Data thieves took all sorts of corporate information, said Verizon’s global investigation manager Dave Ostertag. “Thieves steal corporate information for a variety of purposes,” he said. “If you steal quarterly earnings statements prior to announcement, that has value to someone. If you have a process that your competitors don’t have — that process makes you more efficient or you have a larger market share because of that process, that has value.” The theft of intellectual property has become an increasing problem, especially for small business in the technology and science sectors: “Smaller companies used to say ‘we don’t have to worry about a data breach’, that’s not true any more,” said Mr. Ostertag. “When we look at espionage, it’s not just defense contractors and the government, it’s boutique engineering firms that might specialize in say aerospace, or might specialize in undersea [engineering], with maybe a hundred employees or less. These type of companies are victims too. “It might be a small firm that’s got a piece of information that might be valuable to a competitor or to a state.” Even when hacking is state-affiliated — and 19% is according to the report — it may be targeting a private business for commercial purposes rather than state bodies. Verzion’s Data Breach Report 2013 is based on 47,000 incidents investigated by their security arm Verizon Risk for their clients in 2012. Some 621 breaches were analyzed in more detail. Nu am un tutorial sau asa ceva, in sensul ca nu este o metoda sigura de venit insa daca aveti filmulete fara materiale cu copyright care sunt populare pe Youtube puteti face bani din ele. Am descoperit un filmulet pe Youtube, care pare a fi destul de recent, care arata cum sa inchei un parteneriat indirect cu Youtube-ul, deci printr-un intermediar. Din aceasta cauza, se poate realiza si din Romania, de exemplu. Se pare ca trebuie sa ai totusi un numar consistent si constant de vizualizari, minimul este de 700 pe zi si cum am spus si mai sus continutul 100% original e obligatoriu. Din ce am citit, la 500 de vizualizari/zi asta ar insemna 1-3 dolari pe zi, insa nu pun mana in foc pentru asta. Pasii care trebuie urmati si alte informatii gasiti in filmuletul de mai jos, nu l-am facut eu pur si simplu l-am gasit si mi s-a parut de interes si pentru altii.
