wdw Posted December 27, 2015 Report Share Posted December 27, 2015 (edited) Asta se intampla pt ca Vodafone(de fapt fiecare serviciu de telefonie) are o utilitara pentru web cache, cum af fi squid, pentru a reduce din traficul lor, servind fisiere stocate la ei pe servere.
