changing Serial No of corsair pen drive

This is my first post in this wonderful forum . I appreciate technological excellence of all members.

I am very new in this field. I want to learn how things work.

I have accepted challenge to change serial no. of Corsair Pen drives.

Models are-- either corsair voyager /Slider USB 3.0

Both Pen drives must be exactly identical.

I would like to know whether it is possible ? Can someone pls. guide me for the same?

yes it's possible by insert in usb connection of a 3th party usb cloning device to emulate the hardware id of corsair

the connection of your usb corsair must be "routed" to second usb device that emulate the his key.

i dont know what you have in mind to use this but that can be made with a virus installed on your corsair drive for windows platform (DOS)

this is a expensive operation any way..

the capacity is writen in the ROM data buses inside the corsair drive, and the chip doesnt have yet a buffer exploit
