Intri pe google si scrii: "How to set up an vpn server" + aici adaugi distributia pe care o ai pe vps, daca vrei ceva mai simplu poti sa incerci https://github.com/Angristan/OpenVPN-install , iar pentru a te conecta pe vpn intri iar pe windows si scrii "How to connect to an vpn server from windows".
