the_master Posted November 28, 2015 Report Share Posted November 28, 2015 salut, am facut rost de niste scheme electrice private (ideei inovative), problema e ca acum trebuie sa le pun in practica, am terminat scoala acum multi ani la electronica (eram passionat de programare pe vremea aia), da imi mai aduc aminte putine lucruri despre corodat.Exista cumva vreun dispozitiv cu care as putea realiza placutele electrice tip industrial, la un pret decet ? ma intereseaza doar schema pentru inceput. N-ai specificat daca vrei sa le produci tu placile de cablaj imprimat sau doar sa ti le faca cineva dupa proiectul tau. Daca doresti sa le produci tu e cam greu. Placile se produc in mai multe moduri. Modul substractiv, pe care il foloseste fiecare electronist acasa, prin corodare cu clorura ferica sau acid azotic(foarte coroziv deci lucrat cu FOARTE MARE ATENTIE), metalizare care nu se poate face decit in fabrici pentru ca se folosesc utilaje complexe si foarte scumpe(poate sa ajunga la milioane de dolari) sau se mai poate folosi metoda gravarii, metoda care poate fi folosita si acasa dar unealta este scumpa. Un Bunghard CCD2 ajunge la 12000(doisprezece mii) euro. Cit despre programul cu care iti proiectezi placile de cablaj imprimat sint O GRAMADA. Free sau Paid. Ai de unde alege.
