    Da asa este, intentia mea este sa realizez  un "gateway de plata". Dar nu reusesc sa gasesc prea multe informatii despre cum se procedeaza sau in ce țări este permit, etc .... intr-un cuvant ce presupune la general vorbind.

    Nu ai voie sa revinzi in vreun fel serviciile. Trebuie sa iti iei multe certificari si asa mai departe.

    Multumesc frumos, din intamplare ai putea posta si un link catre acesta informatie din legislatia Romaniei sau unde mai este scris acest lucru. Mi-ar placea sa ma informez mai mult.

    Salutarea tuturor, sunt novice insa am multa ambitie si sarind peste formalitati intru in subiect. Incerc sa fac un sistem de plata online ( pentru productie ) si intreb: "Este legal sa realizez si sa pun pe piata acet lucru sau sunt nevoit sa ma folosesc de ceva acreditat precum procesatorul de plati de la Goole?"
