Daca ai fi citit tot ce am scris mai sus ai fi vazut ca am folosit Service Tagul... Thred Closed am schimbat cu o alta placa de baza.

Salutare, Detin un Laptop SH Dell Latitude E5540 Q13 I7 4200u 16gb ram ddr3l, SSD Intel 120GB si am urmatoarea problema: Bios Base A00 incerc sa upgradez la ultimul Firmware A18, Deschid aplicatia utilitara pentru upgrade la bios A18, imi spune ca isi incarca info, isi da restart, si bineinteles, inapoi de unde am inceput A00 Reset bios, - desfacut laptop- scos baterie, Am incercat sa o iau din aproape in aproape, cu urmatoarea versiune A04 dar fara niciun rezultat, Verificari cu ajutorul Softului intern " Diagnostics " in care au fost verificate complet ( 30 de min extended test), totul apare in regula. Diverse cai de a rula din CMD cu un utilitar de la dell Flash64w.exe. aici am urmat instructiunile cu strictete, fara nici un rezultat.
