Buna am internet de la RDS ip dinamic. Am fost banat pe ceva site-uri ca am postat prea mult probabil si acum nu mai pot posta pe ele.Cum as putea sa trec peste acest hop? Nu merge nici cu VPN (free).

Ce pot sa fac sa imi reinstalez windowsul sa imi schimb ISP, sa cumpar un proxy?
