Deschideti un project nou... faceti un buton iar in buton scrieti:

Set wshshell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
wshshell.regwrite "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SystemRestore\DisableSR", "1", "REG_DWORD"
