As a result of the nuclear catastrophy on the Earth, all the living organisms either vanished or mutated, trying to outlive in the vortices of hurricane storms and acid rains. The world's best minds created the superpowerful computer that could control the people's behavior and help humanity to find another chance. However, the AI turned out to be tricky and enslaved minds of living beings forcing them to work on creating the cyber-empire. The locks of the lead capsule opened and the Vadim SVD activated.
