Firstly this UDF uses a "transparent" approach to writing scripts ( similar to GDI +). Secondly here there are such extremely useful features like _InternetGetOption () and _InternetSetOption (), without which I can not imagine working with a normal FTP. As there are no less useful and it is unclear for what reasons are not included in the " native " FTP library functions : _FTP_ReadFile (), _FTP_WriteFile () and _IsInternet () ( though _FTP_ReadFile () like already present) .
