  1. salut totusi eu sunt de acord ca trebuie sa schimbi antrenamentele dupa o luna ca se obisnuesc muschii si daca esti un endo totusi carbohidrati trebuie de consumat doar ca sigur ca carbohidrati sanatosi spre exmplu orez (in cantitati mici ca contine mult amido ) paste,kinoa ... si proteine sigur ca sunt important si totusi nu uitati de grasimi nesaturate precum avocado ,peste,cascaval .....
