  1. Salut baieti. Vreau sa fac un aparat de curatat cu ultrasunete. am facut circuitul de generat semnale si am ajuns la partea unde trebuie sa amplific semnalul undeva la 50VDC. M-am gandit la urmatoarea varianta: Intrebarea mea este daca ati mai lucrat cu aceste MOSFET (IRF510). In datasheet accepta pana la 60VDC. Eu vreau sa-l folosesc in "switch mode" cu o frecventa intre 40 KHz si 200 KHz. Acel pin "iesire_amp" va fi legat la un "ultrasonic transducer" (http://www.ebay.com/bhp/ultrasonic-transducer-40khz) din al carui manual scrie ca functioneaza in 220V AC. Va genera ultrasunete? Pt ca practic tot curent alternativ primeste dar la o alta frecventa. Orice idee e binevenita!
