Nu e o eroare legata de C# ci o eroare legata de SQL.

In SQL, intr-un tabel, trebuie sa ai o cheie primara (ID) care presupune doar valori dinstincte. Asadar, nu poti sa ai de 2 ori aceeasi valoare (din textBox1).

De asemenea, e o buna practica sa executi operatii in bloc-uri "try" si sa prinzi exceptiile.

 

PS: Foloseste "prepared statements", ai SQL Injection acolo.
