Minibis - is an automated malware analysis platform, can work with the following sample-types:

.exe (Windows standard executable filetype)

.dll (Windows DLLs)

.swf (Flash movies)

.pdf (PDFs)

.js (Javascript code)

URLs (Websites, etc.)
