Internetul la care sunt conectat, nu permite download`ul sau conectarea la o aplicatie careia trebuie sa ii trimiti pachete de date. De exemplu nu ma pot downloada torrente, sau ma pot juca pe full tilt poker, in schimp pot downloada muzica de pe vitan, sau alte site`uri, Am inteles ca ar fi ceva cu un router si un proxy pus pe router, dar nu`mi dau seama cum. daca cineva imi poate spune sau imi poate da vreo idee...
