Problema wordpress

Cand vreau sa instalez tema "smallfolio" imi da eroarea asta :

Forbidden
 The requested resource
/wp-admin/update.php
 does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit. 

Additionally, a 413 Request Entity Too Large error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Cum o pot rezolva?

Cauta prin un update.php multe semne .... de obicei "/", stergele si dupa o sa iti mearga !!

sau editeaza php.ini cu ceva de genul:

; Maximum size of POST data that PHP will accept.
; http://php.net/post-max-size
post_max_size = 8M

Am sters si tot nu merge. Asta e update.php din wp-admin, unde imi da eroarea : update.php
