FAQ

Q: When I launch the app, the window is blank.

A: Make sure you have visual c++ 2010 (32 bit version) installed. You must have these exact versions or else the software won't work.

Q: I only get 1-2 successful registrations. What's wrong?

Most likely you don't have the correct .net version. Download Microsoft .NET framework 4 (from the link above). Also, check your account settings. Hit the "test" button to see if they're working properly.
