Problema Android GooglePlay [ScreenShot]

Salut,stiu ca am mai postat un subiect pe tema asta acum 1 sapt sau 2 dar de data aceasta vin si cu o poza reala.Treaba e la fel orice aplicatie din GooglePlay pe care incerc sa o descarc nu functioneaza orice metoda as incerca.

Am sters si Cache,am reinstalat si aplicatia,am inchis toate procesele,am dat sa revina la setarile din fabrica etc.

Daca e un cunoscator pe aici si cunoaste rezolvarea il rasplatesc.
