Uite asa :

rtmpdump "rtmp://27.254.52.151/live/hd_hbo.stream" | "C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" -

Comanda asta o dai in cmd (command prompt ,il deschizi din run : tasta cu fereastra pe ea si R .acolo scri cmd)

Daca nu ai vlc instalat ,ia ffplay.exe de pe net si pune-l in system32 iar cu ala dai comanda tot in cmd :

ffplay -i rtmp://27.254.52.151/live/hd_hbo.stream

Iar data viitoare luati si voi ipul de la adresa ca de aia nu va mai merge.
