escalation666 Posted August 27, 2007 Report Share Posted August 27, 2007 cand FrSIRT a trecut pe cont platit m-au apucat nervii ...Ce sa-i faci, au facut asta cand s-a schimbat legislatia in Franta, ceea ce se intampla si acum in Germania, diferenta fiind ca mancatorii de crenvusti au o lege mult mai aspra si idioata, cam cum sunt majoritatea legilor la noi in tara. Deja site-uri cum ar fi phenoelit s-au mutat pe alte hosturi din alte tari....In legea respectiva e ceva de genul "se pedepseste detinerea si utilizarea de hacking tools", o exprimare cam ambigua si generala si care lasa loc interpretarilor....pentru ca hacking tools ar putea fi si un browser...si notepad, telnet etc..
