Atac asupra Adobe

Am primit azi un e-mail de la Adobe in care ma informa ca in urma unui atac informatic din data de 3 octombrie,id-ul meu si parola encriptata au ajuns la nu stiu cn plm.Nu prea inteleg care e treaba,pun aici poza:

Mai jos scrie ca parola nu e afectata,dar sa nu o am la alte conturi,etc.Problema e ca parola aia o am si la alte conturi.Eu credeam ca sunt siguri astia de la Adobe,oare sa schimb parolele de la toate conturile?
