Windows 3.1 (si chiar l-am si folosit) este un PROGRAM de MSDOS, adica nu poate rula fara MSDOS.Deci sistemul de operare e MSDOS si programul Windows 3.1. Cauta pe google (sau unde vrei tu) si o sa vezi.Dar multa lume zice ca este sistem de operare (in necunostinta de cauza). Quote
