echo -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- > encoded.txt

echo Just Base64 encode your binary data

echo TVoAAA== >> encoded.txt

echo -----END CERTIFICATE----- >> encoded.txt

certutil -decode encoded.txt decoded.bin
