Cu ce sa deschid un Backup de 1 GB

Am o baza de date de 1 gb si vreau sa o deschid ca sa extrag niste mailuri da pe dreaq... nu merge sa deschid cu nimic. Am incercat cu Notepat++ si am lasat calculatorul deschis 7 ore sa se incarce da nu a mers :(.

Imi poate spune cineva alt program mai bun?

Probleme de genu apar la fisierele txt, db etc care contin un numar foarte mare de date text.Am patit si eu acelasi lucru cu un fisier .txt de 3 giga.Dar am reusit sa il deschid cu notepad++
