Presedintele Obama recunoaste ca doreste promulgarea unor legi care sa permita serviciilor de securitate sa acceseze datele stocate pe diferite site-uri/server-e, mailuri, conturi de IRC, facebook, myspace, s.a.m.d, fara mandat judecatoresc daca considera ca e necesar pentru protejarea securitatii nationale fata de "amenintarile teroriste". Stiu ca suntem monitorizati, dar oare pana unde se va ajunge? O sa avem toti SO cu backdoor pentru serviciile secrete? Dupa modelul lor si alte state vor implementa masuri similare curand.Obama Admin Wants to Allow Web WiretappingThe Obama administration is preparing to submit a bill to lawmakers that would make it possible for law enforcement officials to 'wiretap the internet' if they need to.The New York Times reports that Federal law enforcement and national security officials are complaining that wiretapping is no longer as useful as it once was because use of the internet as a platform for communication among terrorists and criminals is becoming more prevalent.In an attempt to preserve wiretapping as a viable method of monitoring the movements of criminals, the Obama administration is preparing to submit to congress a bill that would enable law enforcement to 'tap' communication services like Facebook and Skype and encrypted services like BlackBerry Messenger. If passed, regulation would require internet companies to comply by maintaining a system for monitoring encrypted emails and messages. If served with a legal wiretapping order, companies like Facebook, Skype and RIM would have to allow law enforcement officials intercept and unscramble encrypted messages. O sa vedem "hackeri" cu glugi pe cap negre, cu ochelari negrii prin pub-uri etc ruland BT pe Laptop cu USB stick ce suporta injectie, s.a.m.d.da, si-atunci o sa fim toti numai black-hats iar andrew o sa inchida site-ul si va strange mâna cu cei de cealalta parte a baricadei.
