Problema ta nu cred ca este black list ul . La telefoanele astea de obicei sunt aplicatii instalate care fac treaba asta. Daca trebuie sa presupun as spune ca telefonul tau a luat contact cu lichide( cel mai probabil pe banda de incarcare unde se afla si antenele de semnal). Cand nu are semnal formeaza *#06# si vezi daca mai ai imei. Sau poti incerca in download mode( google it) si vezi daca bootloader status e official(0x0)

Problema la telefonul tau este ca daca efs-ul este avariat trebuie refacut. Adica daca este problema software se face cu un box( z3x, octopus, etc), trebuie si reparat network dupa imei. Daca este problema hardware este cam pierdut telefonul. Sfatul meu este sa mergi la un service.
