AI already showed it's harmful possibilities at S&P, $136 billion lost because of a wrong decision from an AI which couldnt recognize the reliability of information from the AP. Because of the implanting of AI, it is no problem to let the biggest billionair get bankrupt over the night, and even an whole economy fall down. But, it will change and the human will become the hunted. So you exist, so you are deleted. The chaos wont be to oversee when people get deleted by an AI computer, because the stupidity of the human is to believe blind what appears on their screen.

If they provide child porn, then i dont have any mercy...point period! But studying this accuse, one thing might be clear: If your website is reachable for the US, then you must respect the US laws or you can face the bench when you violate a law there. In that case, you get obligated to geoblock every country where your website is violating a law. Well, it is not such a bad idea to do, 99% of the hacks and viruses come from abroad.

Silk Road 2 Hacked, Over 4,000 Bitcoin Allegedly Stolen
Gilbert replied to Usr6's topic in Stiri securitate
How long will a good security hold then? From my experience is that the best security only holds for 7 days, then it is hacked. But to devolep the best security, it can take up to a few years. So it is a lost race anyway, and still there are many people who dont want to admit that you cant secure what effer is put on the internet. The problem from that lays in the foundation from the devolepment from the internet. The used internet protocols where devoleped to let univercities exchange researche information. In that time nobody got the idea that the world become crazy to hang all on the internet. So that is why in the first years of the internet there was not thought about securing the data. With as result that it now isnt able at all any more to secure because of the mass of the network. -
Yes, i do use google translate. My Romanian is not that great to understand and write in it. I do try to learn Romanian but it is not easy to come from a Germaan language and then switch over to a Latin language. So forgive me i write in English.

Germany and France want EU-only internet to avoid US spies
Gilbert replied to aelius's topic in Stiri securitate
The exposure from the power from google will come soon. Allready it is visual that the US the world brings out of balance, and that goes wrong. What i have read in the media is that the SRI from Romania does understand this problem to and is busy with a project to put official intranets behind special equepment. How long that holds is always the question, but at least they take the problems that the US creates serrious, and that is a positive step forward. But besides governmental intra nets, also the contractors from the government should be way more active with data security. Because on those intranets the security is really a joke, some even didnt install an anti virus. Well, the problem is way bigger then I can write here down. I think there should be regulations for at least the infrastructure and the contractors for infrastructure and the whole healthcare branch. -
Germany and France want EU-only internet to avoid US spies
Gilbert replied to aelius's topic in Stiri securitate
It is not only Google, it is also yahoo, vodafone, twitter, Microsoft ect. ect. Any American company is transporting data to the NSA under the patriot act. But Britisch and Dutch intelegence agencies are also transporting data to the NSA what they could collect with the EU data retention law. So it is a stupidity to think that an EU internet would solve the problem. But i do agree we need to protect the EU if we effer want to come out of the economic crisses. The excuse from terrorism is funny, but they collect all the data and decide witch emails arive and witch not. They do use the data also for a better economic competition possition, they would be stupid not to use it for that. And the euro is still a threat for a weak dollar. Economic competition the US takes very serious, that might be clear. It is a cyberwar where there are no friends. -

Merkel and Hollande are to naive, the Netherlands and the UK are very cooperative with the US NSA. So this kind of networks dont help much. It is not without reason that the EU is in a economic crises when two countries betrails the EU. -
How cool is it when your kid get a accedent because of that crazy shit? Be sure it is then not funny at all anymore.

'The Mask' new cyberespionage operation - 30+ countries
Gilbert replied to Usr6's topic in Stiri securitate
This is the problem from the internet, any country can monitor, modify or delete any data that hangs on the internet from any other country, institute or individual. Not a recent problem, but yet we keep believing in the holy ghost of the computer. Even it is from no value at all anymore. How long more are we going to refuse to protect our citizens, economies and countries? I can only explain that by the ultimate stupidity of mankind. It is not just big brother, it is way bigger then that. I know there are many more malware active, you can discover easely with a good port monitor. The point is that the internet is a unreliable medium that got the illusion that it is handy and functional. But infact it make's our companies and governments funerable and unreliable. As i see it, the main function of the internet is to create chaos, division and distrust. Well maybe that is still a hypotheses but the results we can see every day again and again. -
NSA can eavesdrop traffic in Real Time, more PRISM slides leaked
Gilbert replied to sleed's topic in Stiri securitate
This kind of systems are fully undermining our democratic dissision making governments, because as well journalism as NGO organisations are easely manipulated and cant function in the order to there monitoring function on how governments function. This SHOULD be considerd as a serious attack on our countries and governments. -
Snowden Docs: British Spies Used DDoS Attacks Against Anonymous
Gilbert replied to Fi8sVrs's topic in Stiri securitate
Very true! It is not to difficult to find the servers from the fbi wich are housing the IRC servers with the anonymous rooms. The mean point is that they seduce people to join anonymous for committing cyber crimes with the meaning to arrest those people. What is then created is a very discutable kind of justice and crime system. In the past i did some research myself to anonymous and discoverd IRC servers where people where not allowed to use the TOR network, only when you had registerd, you where allowed to login by TOR. So you where forced to make your IP adress visual. The way people where talking about it on those forums would for sure grap a lot of people to join, it is a "dragging with" psychological methode they use. Where from we can have serious doubts if people would have join by there own intensses. Dont be surpriced when one day commes out that the US government attacked many countries, including the EU memberstates, under the name of anonymous. That behavior appeard allready in a article from the Guardian. Fake terror plots, paid informants: the tactics of FBI 'entrapment' questioned | World news | theguardian.com So can we trust our alies? -
I dont think this is something to play with. I know law envorcements wants this kind of systems to, but in case of a accedent who can proof that his or her car didnt function on the drivers instructions? Who can proof that the driver was not wrong but the car was jammed by other signals? This is simply unresponcible to abuse technology this way. The perfect murder becomes then way to easy. In what kind of sociaty do we come when any one can commit murders without being procecuted? I think there is only one way to protect your self against this and that is by demolishing that kind of computer technologie out of your car till you got a plain car again where from you are sure that the driver is in controll and no one else, because as wel engineers as law envorcements became unresponcible with our lives.

If This Is Cyberwar, Where Are All the Cyberweapons?
Gilbert replied to Nytro's topic in Stiri securitate
Mr. Langner should say that the internet doesnt has the prepose to hang crusial matters on. Simply said, nothing that hangs on the internet is absolute, any thing is manipulatable, duplicatable and deletable that is digitalised. Why countries are still hanging clasified documents and essential systems on the internet can only be explained by stupidity. I cant even consider the output of computers as evidence, if we would respect the clasivications of evidence next to it. In this matter the judges all over the world has failed in there function to protect the human as discribed in the treaty of Rome. Not one judge effer asked the procecuter to proof that the precented data was created by the suspect and not by somebody else from the 2 bilion connections on the internet. With as result that childeren are locked up in prissons where we have no idea from if they are truly commited a crime or not. Where is the protection from our citizenship when a hand full of people can fly over the oceaan with a hand full of papers to arrest our childeren here in Europe, where we have no idea from if those papers are created by that government or somebody else? Also this behavior where foreign countries can let our citizens arrest and been locked up is a weapon in the cyber war. But as long as evidence is not examend on the basic principals of law, our own governments became a threat for us all. It doesnt matter then anymore if you have commited a crime or not, it is simply the courts who are not doing there function well. If you want to protect your country, economie and citizen then you must declare the output of computers as from no evidence value at all. I would love to proof this in court, but nobody wants me to enter a court room to proof this because the money pit from the ICT sector is more important then the rest of our economie, governments and citizens. Where the hell are we busy with????
