Ikarus, mi-ai putea da un orar pentru 5 zile / sapt, cardio zilnic as vrea (alergat 20 min, ce alternative la alergat am pentru a intra in zona cardio ?), fara proteine, in special pentru slabit, pentru ca dupa 3-4 luni pielea sa fie lipita de muschi in genul "ripped", vreau sa scap de absolut tot ce inseamna grasime. (2-3% sa ramana) O dieta (cu tot cu limita de kCal/zi) si daca imi poti recomanda ceva pentru incheieturi, articulatii deoarece cand alerg mult, incepe sa ma doara tibia, iar incheieturile de la maini ma lasa la greutati mari. Daca doresti iti dau si limitele mele (rezistenta la alergat, greutati etc).
