M-am gandit sa va fac un 'know how' in ceea ce priveste industria de hosting, servere dedicate si colocare. Daca activati in aceasta industrie sau aveti de gand sa incepeti un business de genul, incluzand serviciile VPN si VPS, cred ca este recomandat sa urmati aceste sfaturi. - Nu va faceti business in Romania (firma). Statul ar trebui sa va protejeze pentru ca sunteti contribuabili. In realitate nu se intampla deloc asa. De ce trebuie sa stati luni de zile sa recuperati un amarat de TVA si sa faceti cerere pentru el cand banii sunt ai firmei si ar putea fi investiti in infrastructura ? Din cauza unui idiot va puteti alege cu dosar penal pentru ca l-ati sprijinit, desi, poate nu ati avut nicio legatura cu el si nu ati intrat niciodata pe serverul lui dupa ce s-a facut provizionarea. Legile pentru noi au caracter obligatoriu iar pentru ei facultativ. Se incalca legi la tot pasul si nu-i intereseaza de nimic. - Raspundeti clientilor imediat cand sunteti apelati sau cand primiti un email. Chiar daca nu va functioneaza ceva, un raspuns in maxim 10 minute face mult. Omul are dreptul sa stie ce se intampla. Sa stie ca cineva lucreaza pentru remedierea problemei. - Raspundeti la toate reporturile primite pe abuse@ si asigurati-va ca problemele se rezolva cu profesionalism. - Faceti-va account-uri pe senderbase, senderscore, Clean MX, RBL-uri, SBL-uri (sau scripturi automate de interogare IP) si verificati zilnic daca sunt probleme, daca adresele ip din prefixele voastre au fost reportate ca spam sau servesc malware. - Configurati bine echipamente sau soft-uri specializate pentru a face periodic sample la flow-uri (pt. identificarea traficului malitios). - In mediile shared, puneti limite pe trimiterea email-urilor. Configurati obligatoriu SPF, DKIM. Dezactivati functiile php pe care le considerati cu grad mare de risc. Izolati fiecare site in parte in chroot, jail sau alt environment sigur. Configurati triggere/alerte pentru incercari de hacking si trimitere de pachete tcp/ip cu o anumita rata. -- O sa fac update-uri in acest thread. Total deacord cu ce ai spus. Am un SRL in romania de 5luni si deja ma pregatesc sa il inchid din simplul motiv ca mai rau ma incurca. Am aplicat pentru SRL-D, nu am primit nici macar o scrisoare standard din partea anaf sau minister, de bani nici nu mai pun problema. Am primit in schimb vizita inspectorilor de 2ori pana acum si de fiecare data parca erau nemultumiti ca nu au gasit nereguli. Datacenter-ul mi-a taiat internetul pe toate serverele din cauza unui client ce scana de pe un vps. Oamenii mi-au trimis un e-mail la 08:30 cu o reclamatie de la cert.ro si pe la 8:40 au taiat netul, mi-am cerut scuze ca nu am fost indeajuns de rapid incat sa citesc mailul trimis de ei in 10min la ora 8dimineata. De clienti nu cred ca mai are rost sa vorbesc, vor unlimited si daca se poate sa fie gratis. Am observat ca o mare parte din clienti cred ca daca ti-au platit 2euro tu lucrezi pentru ei si te pot fute la icre cu toate prostiile ce nu tin de tine, gen erori de scripturi sau instalarea lor, iar de politete nu au auzit toti. Am facut prostia sa incep gazduirea de jocuri, cei drept castigi mult mai bine decat cu gazduirea web, dar ai batai de cap triple. Cum nu am avut un capital suficient pentru ceva mai mare si profi pe vps/vds/web am zis ca asta este solutia de compromis. Sunt multe piedici ce statul ti le pune, de la impozite care mai de care mai ciudate si fara logica pana la taxe aberante. Parca nu vor sa faci afaceri in Romania, iar daca esti mic te ingroapa de tot. Sa nu uitam de siguranta zilei de maine pe care nu o ai in general in Romania, de singuranta afacerii tale nici nu mai are rost sa vorbim. Sunt sanse ca maine sa te trezesti cu totul confiscat pe cine stie ce motiv, arestat preventiv ca un criminal sau o noua taxa aberanta ce iti reduce profitul la 0 sau si mai rau. Nu am eu mare experienta cu viata, sunt inca tanar, dar am invatat un lucru: In Romania nu poti avea o viata decenta daca esti corect.
