ionut97 Posted January 26, 2012 Report Share Posted January 26, 2012 According to critics, ACTA bypasses the sovereign laws of participating nations, forcing ISP’s across the globe to act as internet police.Worse, it appears to go much further than the internet, cracking down on generic drugs and making food patents even more radical than they are by enforcing a global standard on seed patents that threatens local farmers and food independence across the developed world.Despite ACTA’s secrecy, criticism of the agreement has been whitesprend. Countries like India and Brazil have been vocal opponents of the agreement, claiming that it will do a great deal of harm to emerging economies.I’ll have more on the agreement as it emerges. But to briefly sum up, according to critics of the agreement: ACTA contains global IP provisions as restrictive or worse than anything contained in SOPA and PIPA. ACTA spans virtually all of the developed world, threatening the freedom of the internet as well as access to medication and food. The threat is every bit as real for those countries not involved in the process as the signatories themselves. ACTA has already been signed by many countries including the US, but requires ratification in the EU parliament. ACTA was written and hammered out behind closed doors. While some of the provisions have been taken out of the final US draft, plenty of unknowns still exist. It’s not nearly clear enough how the agreement will effect US laws.Source:ACTA is comming! E proprietatea MEA intelectuala.....sa ma pupe in cur. La filme la fel....schimb niste culori cateva secunde la inceput...este u VIDEO EDIT..FAN MADE...si il pun pe net...sa ma dau smecher ca am decolorat 3 secunde de film. Cine vrea sa vada...sa le copie. Or sa faca ce? Cenzureaza dretul la CREATIE? O melodie ,daca in loc de autor Obama , nume muie SOPA eu o redenumesc si-i zic autor artist necunoscut ,nume muie PIPA , cum poate cineva sa demonstreze ca acea mel nu e cantata de "artist necunoscut " ? Este dreptul LA CREATIE SI LIBERA EXPRIMARE.pentru softuri....e putin mai complicat. Acolo trebuie gandita bine treaba.....cum furnizezi un soft intrag, cu tot cu serial....eventaul sa copiezi versiunea demo si sa ii pui tu pach....Acolo, cum o dai, tot in ilegalitate esti...dar in rest.....eu zic ca o sa fie bine. O sa fie un fel de dictatura pe internet.Or sa se pise pe noi...daca nu iesim in strada sau gasim alta metoda sa-i facem sa inceteze.Defapt cum este si in Romania zilelor noastre.Teoretic suntem tara democratica,avem drepturi,dar ti se incalca drepturile,esti limitat pe fata si nimeni nu face nimic.Sfatul meu ar fi sa va luati HDD externe,minim 1TB si bagati programe/jocuri din 00 pana in 012/muzica(nu irositi mb cu manele ) din toate genurile/Filme/Seriale,mai precis cam tot ce merita de pe filelist,torrentz si ce mai e.Iar cand incepe toata nebunia facem dvd-uri si dam share pe strada random.Dupa mine,ideea asta ar lua amploare in toata tara foarte repede.Asta daca nu o sa vina Politia la tine la usa cu mandat sa-ti verifice pc-ul de chestii copyrights....i-as crede in stare. Ceausescu a fost intangibil zeci de ani. Sa fii cel mai puternic om intr-o tara bogata timp de 24 de ani si sa fii ucis la varsta de 71 ani mi se pare foarte convenabil si daca ar avea ocazia ar fi destui care ar face aceleasi lucruri pe care le-a facut si el.
