Nu ma refer doar la cat esti de intepat acum ci si in trecut cand bagai cateva zeci de "dislike" crezand ca impresionezi cu ceva. Respectivii cauta tineri care au o oarecare maturitate. Cunosc ethos-ul si cultura si se munceste din greu dar esti si rasplatit, este si distractie (banter) si remuneratie. Ai nevoie de o personalitate easy-going ceea ce te descalifica din start Bafta! Insa job-ul nu e cu D&W, ei doar recruteaza pentru firma care angajeaza. Depinde si de experienta si studii dar uneori e posibil sa te vada ca fiind over-qualified.
